Sangat penting untuk memperhatikan dengan saksama tanggal kedatangan dan keberangkatan yang tertera pada Kalender Akademik Resmi Sekolah serta mematuhi ketentuan berikut:

Asrama secara resmi ditutup selama libur sekolah (term break)
Siswa tidak diperbolehkan berada di area asrama pada periode tersebut dan wajib meninggalkan asrama paling lambat pukul 12.00 pada hari yang sama setelah kegiatan pertemuan terakhir di akhir setiap term.
Sebelum meninggalkan asrama untuk liburan, setiap siswa wajib melakukan pemeriksaan kamar oleh Resident Advisor/Musyrif/Musyrifah untuk memastikan kebersihan dan kerapian kamar.
Selama libur sekolah, siswa tidak diperbolehkan kembali ke asrama (bahkan hanya untuk mengambil barang) sebelum pukul 08.00 pada hari kedatangan yang dijadwalkan, kecuali telah mendapatkan persetujuan sebelumnya dari Head of Residential.
Siswa wajib mengisi rencana perjalanan pada formulir ini, termasuk: waktu keberangkatan, moda transportasi, tujuan, tempat tinggal selama masa libur, dan waktu kembali (pukul 14.00-17.00 WIB pada hari dan tanggal sesuai ketetapan akademik).
Pada saat keberangkatan, siswa harus berada dalam pendampingan orang tua, wali sah, atau orang dewasa berusia minimal 25 tahun yang telah ditunjuk. Perlu dicatat bahwa orang dewasa yang menjemput siswa akan mengambil alih tanggung jawab penuh dari Resident Advisor/Musyrif-Musyrifah selama masa libur sekolah. Segala perubahan rencana menjadi tanggung jawab orang tua.
Tidak ada layanan makan siang sekolah pada hari penjemputan. Namun, Mini-market tetap buka.

Dear Parents/Guardians,

It is very important to pay close attention to the arrival and departure dates stated on the School's Official Academic Calendar and to comply with the following provisions:

The dormitory is officially closed during school holidays (term break).
Students are not allowed to be in the dormitory area during this period and must leave the dormitory by 12:00 PM at the latest on the same day after the final meeting at the end of each term.
Before leaving the dormitory for the holidays, every student must undergo a room inspection by the Resident Advisor/Musyrif/Musyrifah to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the room.
During school holidays, students are not allowed to return to the dormitory (even just to pick up belongings) before 08:00 AM on the scheduled arrival day, unless prior approval has been obtained from the Head of Residential.
Students are required to fill out their travel plans on this form, including: departure time, mode of transportation, destination, place of residence during the holiday, and return time (14:00-17:00 WIB on the day and date according to academic regulations).
At the time of departure, students must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or a designated adult at least 25 years old. It should be noted that the adult picking up the student will take full responsibility from the Resident Advisor/Musyrif-Musyrifah during the school holiday period. Any changes to the plan are the responsibility of the parents.
There is no school lunch service on pickup day. However, the Mini-market remains open.
