Dear GDA Resident,
As the Second Term Break approaches (20 December 2025 – 4 January 2026), we kindly ask you to
complete the sign-in/sign-out form to confirm whether you will be staying at GDA or leaving during
the holiday period.
Please note the following:
- Room Maintenance
We may require at least two days during the break to carry out room maintenance and deep
cleaning. During this time, residents who remain at GDA may be asked to temporarily relocate to
a different room.
- Meals During Break
Complimentary meals will not be provided during the break. However, the dining hall will remain
open and paid meals will be available upon request. If you require this service, please contact
the dining hall directly at diningservice@gdajogja.sch.id.
To help us prepare accommodation plans and ensure campus safety and security, please submit the form
no later than one week before your departure.
